Our retail Shop features a variety of fresh and frozen cuts of beef, pork and chicken.  Many of our cuts are available with “bone-in” for extra flavor.   Homemade pizzas and our NEW smoked products are added new choices.   Stop in or call and check us out for product availability.

Roskom Meats offer half(side), split sides (mixed ¼ of beef, cuts from both the front and hind), Hind Quarters, and Front Quarters of beef for purchase. Average weight for a Side of beef in @ 400#.  Pork is available in whole or half portions as well.  Average weight for a half of pork is 100#. This would be the hanging carcass weight.
