Custom Processing
Roskom Meats has been providing inspected processing since 1972. We process your livestock which includes beef, pork, lamb and goat. We abide by all proper State inspected guidelines to assure you we are compliant with all State and Federal regulations. The Slaughter team is dedicated to proper Humane Handling of all animals. Roskom Meats is HACCP certified.
Call to schedule your livestock for slaughter. Our slaughter day of the week is Wednesday. Drop off of your animal is Tuesday from 8:00-5:00. All custom processing is done by appointment.
